Business as usual – with some minor adjustments.
As we continue to closely monitor ongoing developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our primary focus is on the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities. Given the current situation, we would like to update you on our agency-wide initiatives being put into place for both existing and potential customers, and also assure you of our ability to serve you without any disruption to your insurance needs.

 

As we all navigate through this unprecedented situation, and out of an abundance of caution we have taken the following actions:

 

–      We are no longer accepting customers in-person at our Camden office. If any customers need to bring in requested/required documentation and/or payments, they can, as always, use the drive-thru window in the back of the building. We can also take payments over the phone or electronically.

 

–      We continue to quote, bind and issue new policies and renewals. All new quoting and renewals will be done over the phone and electronically.
